Steamroller Printing Pecha Kucha

By Dave Machacek

Pecha Kucha
ArtOrg ED Dave Machacek will be presenting at Pecha Kucha Night Minneapolis #2 on Wednesday, August 12 at 7pm at the Lab Theater in Minneapolis. The somewhat cryptic title of Dave’s presentation is “Printing with the Buffalo Springfield”. The speed presentation method of Pecha Kucha is characterized by a 20 slide, 20 seconds per slide format. In a typical Pecha Kucha event, 12 presenters go through their 6 minute 40 second presentations in rapid succession. The 20-second slide transitions are fixed, so there is no going back or talking too long. The first Pecha Kucha Night in Minneapolis attracted 350 people to the Intermedia Arts facility, and was standing room only. Please be sure to show up early to avoid disappointment.
