On the evening of July 15, 2005 Northfield, Minnesota will transform itself into the village of Cowsmeade. Visit Station Nine and Three-Quarters, The Leaky Cauldron, Ollivanders Wand Shop, and Flourish & Blotts!

Join ArtOrg and partners The Contented Cow, The Art Store, and River City Books to welcome the release of the next book in J.K Rowlings Harry Potter book series entitled “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince”. The worldwide release is scheduled for midnight on the evening of Friday, July 15.

7 to 10 pm STATION NINE AND THREE-QUARTERS
ArtOrg will be exhibiting original works from the illustrator of the Harry Potter Book Series, Mary Grandpre. Mary has illustrated many other childrens books in her career and work from “Plum” as well as Potter illustrations will be shown. Many of these works will be for sale during the duration of our two week Mary Grandpre show. This special evening will be the opening of the show. Meet the “real” Victor Krum?

8:30 to 10 pm THE LEAKY CAULDRON
The authentic english pub Contented Cow will be holding a Harry Potter Trivia Contest with over 50 questions! Join Dumbledore and test your wits! Butter Beer (Creme Soda) and biscuits will be suggested for all participants.

7 to 10 pm OLLIVANDERS WAND SHOP
The Art Store will host drawing with pastels, letters to Hogwarts and chocolate frogs! Wands (brushes) will be on special for the duration of the evening.

10 pm FLOURISH & BLOTTS
River City Books opens for the book release! Costume Contest with gift cards for the top five participants. Punch and Treats will be provided. Readings at 11pm!
