2004-2005 Jazz Events
Some of the first ArtOrg events were jazz concerts. It would be hard to pick out specific highlights, with performers the likes of Dave Karr, Tony Axtell, Sanford Moore, Steve Jennings, Dennis Spears and more on the bill. Perhaps one highlight might be Dennis Spears and Cora Scholz leading the Northfield Youth Choir and the band in a couple of Christmas songs at our 2004 Christmas Party. Still more jazz activity happened in our class on the “Inner Workings of Jazz”.
