2009 Public Art for Northfield

This presentation was given in several public meetings in early 2009. About 70 art supporters gathered at the Grand Theater in Northfield in April, and this project was selected in a dot-voting process by he public to forward and be funded. However, this project was not funded by the funding committee. Several of the ideas contain within this presentation were continued by ArtOrg and one by another group.
