Ray Gonzalez read from his poetry and books on October 26, 2006 for Northfield’s first-ever series of events that led to a big Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebration. Ray is Professor in the MFA Creative Writing Program at The University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Scott King of ArtOrg and Red Dragonfly Press introduced Ray. The setting was the ArtOrg Moving Walls Gallery and its associated “2006 Northfield Day of the Dead Steamroller Prints” exhibit.
