The ArtOrg collaborative printing project named “The Twenty Views of Dundas” is making some strong progress, AND we would like to invite all artists, art patrons and just otherwise interested parties to an informal get-together and at the Archibald Inn Bed and Breakfast. The event runs from 6:30 to 8:30 pm on Wednesday, January 16 and everyone is invited. A map to the Archibald Inn at 107 1st Street in Dundas is here. The project celebrates the Sesquicentennial of Dundas with 20 different views of the city, its people, and its history done by 20 different local and regional artists. There will be a sneak peak of several of the prints from the edition!

The recently complete accession of the Day of the Dead Steamroller project was celebrated last night by ArtOrg at a reception at the Weisman Museum. Here is a photoset of the evening. Thanks to everyone who attended to congratulate the artists.
Some of these thirteen prints are still available for sale in limited quantities. The one-and-only edition of this print project was limited to only 5 prints. Print numbered 1 of 5 is the special long print that will be retained by ArtOrg for display purposes. Prints numbered 2 of 5 are the set that is now in the Weisman permanent collection. Prints 3, 4, 5 are for sale, although some of the artists themselves have retained some for themselves, and still a couple of the artists are sold out. Please inquire for availability, and sales of these prints support our educational purposes.
