ArtOrg, together with Carleton’s Cinema and Media Studies, will screen James Vculek’s new film “The Quietest Sound” early this fall. Carleton alum Catherine E. Johnson plays the lead role of Elizabeth whose child has been missing for over a week. The camera rolls for 75 minutes straight, drawing comparisons to Hitchcock’s “Rope”. About one year ago we also screened Vculek’s “Two Harbors” which at the time of this writing has won six festival awards around the country.
