The National Museum of Mexican Art in Pilsen near Chicago will be displaying a steamroller print created with ArtOrg in Northfield at their annual Day of the Dead Celebration next fall. The artist is Maria Cristina O’Brien, and the print was created in the days preceding Northfield’s first-ever Day of the Dead Festival which was held at the Northfield Armory on November 1, 2006. Maria Cristina O’Brien is a 2005 Archibald Bush Leadership Fellow who recently finished her Master’s Degree in Public Affairs at the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota.
