The ArtOrg site is downtown, but near nature. We adjoin three restaurants/bars, the Cannon Valley Bike Trail, a city parking lot, and the Little Cannon River. The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources sometimes stocks this river with tiny brown and rainbow trout. Part of our building sits on the exact location where the first mill was built in 1856. Cannon Falls is centrally located midway between the Twin Cities and Rochester on the spacious US Highway 52.

The building itself has three apartments, a 5000-square-foot open space with high ceilings, and additional space of offices. The building opened about 1962 as a bowling alley, and that space is over 100 feet long and spanned by 50-foot-long laminated wood beams.
